Program Description

By submitting this form, I understand that this program:

• Operates by appointment only, is not a drop-in clinic and has varying hours and locations.
• Due to high demand, we occasionally operate with a waitlist. We’re dedicated to getting everyone started as soon as possible and appreciate your patience as we work through the high volume of requests. Our small but dedicated team of volunteers is eager to assist, and we kindly ask for your understanding as we manage the increased demand for this service.

Qualifying Tattoo Types

Our program removes tattoos that are:

• Anti-social or gang-related
• Prison-related
• Hate symbols or slurs
• Connected to intimate partner violence
• Related to human trafficking

Priority Consideration

Priority is given to tattoos that are:

• Visible on the body
• Pose a potential safety risk to the individual
