Through its Adecco Group US Foundation, the company offers free access to more than 3,000 Aspire Academy online courses that can help its employees succeed.
These courses offer personalized learning paths covering a vast array of subjects ranging from basic machinist knowledge and blueprint reading to emotional intelligence and project management.
What it takes to participate
Employees are eligible to enroll in the program a week after they complete the company’s onboarding process. The onboarding process basically involves filling in all the paperwork and providing identification. You don’t have to be on assignment to participate in Aspire Academy. But you do need to be active in the company’s database. That means you must be working on a company assignment or actively looking for one.
Those who complete a certain lesson or group of lessons will receive a virtual skills badge that will provide proof of their accomplishment.
