Directory of organizations to help you look your best
Are you looking for a job but can’t afford a business suit, dress or other appropriate work attire to wear to the interviews?
Don’t worry. We have created a directory of nonprofits (see below) across the U.S. that are dedicated to giving away professional clothing to those who qualify. And some of them also provide job search workshops or help clients develop resumes and interviewing skills.
Don’t see a program listed in our directory near you? You may also want to check 211.org and with your nearest American Job Center to see if they know about similar programs in your area.
This directory is a work in progress. If you would like your program added or know of a program that should be included, please contact us, and we will add it to the list.
Do you also need a warm coat?
If you are in need of a warm coat for yourself, a friend or a family member, please search your zip code on One Warm Coat’s Agency Locator Map. One of its nonprofit agency partners in your area might have coats available. If you need further assistance in obtaining a warm coat, you may want to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have work attire to donate?
If you have lightly worn work clothes that you’d like to donate, please use our directory to find the free clothing program nearest to your area and contact them directly. We’re sure they will be happy to hear from you. After you have searched using our directory, if you have any questions please contact us.
Use our national directory to find FREE interview clothes.
